Short bio

I completed my BSc in Biochemistry at the University of Seville in 2014, and received my PhD in 2020 at Imperial College London. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University, Japan. My PhD focused on the analysis of the structure of biological macromolecules by cryo-EM, which is still one of my main research interests. Recently, I have also become interested in the analysis of geospatial data, such as aircraft tracking and satellite positioning, as well as the application of machine learning techniques to these fields.
