I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering, graduating with honors in 2021. Subsequently, I obtained a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, concentrating on the Data Science and Data Engineering track.
My research trajectory began in 2021 with the DEAL research group. In 2023, I was awarded a highly competitive FPU fellowship by the Spanish Ministry of Universities to pursue my PhD, focusing on Graph Neural Networks and their applications to genomic and proteomic data.
